Our client needed a way to help their sales enablement team demonstrate the real-world potential of their AI platform. We created interactive demos to show how AI can improve workflows, support users, and deliver value. These prototypes were used as sales tools to help customers visualize what AI could do in their own businesses.

Validating Manufacturing Diagrams

We partnered with a leading aircraft manufacturer to streamline the validation of legacy diagrams required for part production. Our AI-driven application cross-references diagrams with BOM and part data, automatically filling missing details in most cases. When unresolved gaps remain, the system highlights them both on the diagram and in the validation tables. This ensures accurate, efficient, and traceable production readiness.

Prototype Features & Interactions

  • Filter Part Cards → Sort by AI processed, errors, or all

  • Upload Flow → Simulate uploading diagrams and BOM data

  • Inspect Diagram → Identify AI-marked missing information

The final UI prototype was built using Figma Make for the client project and recreated in Claude for portfolio simulation, transforming wireframes into an interactive flow. 

Souvik is both a pleasure to work with and a very talented designer. Souvik worked on the Google PitchHub demo factory project in the last few months of 2024 and was responsible for creating storyboards and UI designs for 5 different Gen AI use case MVPs. Souvik had the guidance of a UI Manager.

Despite being fairly new to Accenture, Souvik made a huge impact on the project. Souvik was able to work at pace to produce all of the storyboard and UI designs with tight turnarounds, and his work was at a high level of quality throughout. During the short project, I noticed Souvik grow in confidence and spoke up more with his views and proposed solutions to challenges. As the overall lead of the project, I found Souvik to be an invaluable member of the team. Particularly towards the end of the project, deadlines were very tight and Souvik led the UI designs for the “Woolworths” use case with very minimal guidance to get us over the line.

Souvik's overall performance was excellent and based on that, I wanted to hire him for another project in the new year, but he was already staffed on another role at Google!
