Designing a Command Center for Data-Driven Decision-Making

The goal of this project was to design an intuitive command center for one of India’s largest multinational technology companies. This platform was created to empower department heads and executives to efficiently track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitor team performance, and access actionable insights for better forecasting and strategic decision-making.

User Research & Insights

User research revealed issues such as complicated data, poor data visualization, and a complex UI that hindered user adoption. These pain points guided the redesign to improve usability, simplify data presentation, and enhance the overall user experience.

  • Department Heads: Require quick access to department-specific KPIs.

  • Executives: Need a high-level view of company performance for strategic decisions.

  • Analysts: Use forecasting tools to predict future performance.
